Are you a dream killer

by Robert Rizzo | Twitter, Facebook,

If you want to succeed at life you must dream. I am not just talking about the sleeping kind. Dreaming, or foreseeing a favorable future, is essential to life success. Unfortunately, our culture encourages dream killing more than dream development. There are exceptions and we hear about them. But do you actively practice dreaming every day? Are you helping others fulfill their dreams? Or are you a dream killer?

What can you do today to revive your dreams or help someone else fulfill theirs? It doesn’t have to be some great act. Often a word of encouragement is all it takes to propel someone down the right path.

If you lose your dream, you lose your hope. If you lose your hope, you lose your faith. Why not dream big?

Genesis 37 – Passage Lookup – New Living Translation – BibleGateway.com

18 When Joseph’s brothers saw him coming, they recognized him in the distance. As he approached, they made plans to kill him. 19 “Here comes the dreamer!” they said. 20 “Come on, let’s kill him and throw him into one of these cisterns. We can tell our father, ‘A wild animal has eaten him.’ Then we’ll see what becomes of his dreams!”
